LCSC orientation helped new students get acquainted to campus
LEWISTON, ID - The fall semester for Lewis-Clark State College doesn't start until Monday, however the campus was filled with hundreds of eager students Friday.

The new student orientation helps first-year Warriors get acquainted with campus and ease them into the transition from high school to college. LCSC Vice President of Student Services Andy Hanson said that their campus is finally starting to come alive.

"You can feel the energy, when the students start to come back you feel the life in this place again," said Hanson. "It's a wonderful time of year."

LCSC officials said that more than 600 students were in attendance. Enrollment is down at this time, however Hanson said they expected that because of recent changes to student financial air.
