A passenger was ejected from the vehicle and was killed.
MOSCOW, ID - Investigators believe alcohol was a factor in a car accident that killed a Moscow man and injured another Thursday night.

According to Idaho State Police, 38-year-old Trent Brown was driving a Chevy Impala on Public Street in north Moscow shortly before 7:00 p.m.
Police said he failed to negotiate a turn and flipped the vehicle. His passenger, 30-year-old Chris Papineau, was ejected from the car and was killed.

Brown was taken to Gritman Medical Center, where he was treated and released. According to ISP the investigation is ongoing.
