Radio DJ's camp out in trailer for food drive
LEWISTON, ID - Local radio stations Cat FM, Kool And Classic are having a little fun while holding a food and Turkey Drive for the Community Action Partnership Foodbank.

For the past two days, three disc jockeys have been cooped up in a trailer on top of construction crates. And will be there through Saturday. The three DJ's currently occupy a 30-foot trailer in front of the Roger's Toyota lot on 21st Street while volunteers collect food and donations to help fill area food banks for area families in need.

"Donate turkeys, donate food, just give to the poor," said volunteer Judy Robertson. "We've got a lot of people that need anything that you can give them. We'll take anything."

So far community members have raised a total of $500 and more than 125 turkeys. If you'd like to make a donation, volunteers will be collecting aid from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
