Thirty-five-year-old Levi Brett was charged with a marijuana grow operation and possession of two firearms on January 6th after police raided his home at 919 18th Avenue.
In court Monday morning, Judge William Acey agreed to push the video conference hearing back after substitute Defense Attorney Adrian Thomas had not yet received the defense packet from the court appointed Defense Attorney Gary Carpenter.
Brett is charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree, one felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance, marijuana, and one count of maintaining a dwelling, or place for a controlled substance.
