ASOTIN, WA - A Clarkston man is headed to jail after a judge denies the request for a new trial.

Troy Wilcoxon, 28, who was found guilty of stealing nearly $30,000 from the Lancer Lanes Casino, will not be getting his second chance in court.

His attorney claimed there was jury misconduct in Wilcoxon's January seventh trial. However, Asotin County Judge William Acey disagreed and ruled against the motion for another hearing.

Wilcoxon appeared via telephone from Shelton, Washington as he starts his two year sentence.
