Hoff is a volunteer hound and has career ambitions of becoming a radiologist
LEWISTON, ID - Lewiston High School senior Magda Hoff juggles lots of after school activities, but still manages to focus in the classroom.

She's active in the school's science club, jumps at chances to volunteer in the community and has a 3.8 GPA. Her name is Magda Hoff, a senior at Lewiston High School, and she's this week's Academic All Star.

"If I don't get good grades it's not a good deal at home," said Hoff.

She'll become an LCSC Warrior, with giant dreams of joining one of the top radiology schools in the region.

"I really like the medical field and radiology really interests me," said Hoff.

Magda said that LCSC seemed like the perfect fit for her career ambitions and family values.

"I wanted to stay close to home and they have a good nursing and radiology program," said Hoff.

It's a long ways off until Magda reaches her goal of becoming a radiologist but she's not letting that stop her from entering the medical field now.

"I'm waiting till I turn 18 and then I'd like to be a CNA," said Hoff.

When Magda isn't studying hard we can find this northwestern girl enjoying the Valley to the fullest.

"I'd like to go swimming, boating and just be on the river.," said Hoff.

Congratulations Magda Hoff, you're this week's Academic All-Star.
