Natasha Hodges and her attorney Rick Cuddihy are still waiting to hear if a grand jury indictment for first degree murder will be dismissed. If it's not... Hodges will head to trial.
A jury trial was scheduled for March, but Wednesday the prosecution and defense met in the judges chambers to push that trial date back.
One possible date is in May and two in June, depending on when expert witnesses for both sides are available.
Cuddihy is waiting for Judge Brudie's decision on a motion to dismiss the case. The defense claims the prosecutor made errors that tainted the grand jury process.
