Aggressive driving leads to rollover accident in Lewiston
LEWISTON, ID - What police said started out as an altercation due to some aggressive swerving on a drunk driver's part, ended in a rollover accident in Lewiston late Thursday evening.

According to Lewiston Police Department Sergeant Glenn Rogers, 34-year-old Trevor Morton of Lewiston was drunkenly tail-gating a Honda Accord. After a verbal confrontation, Morton rammed into the accord then sped off before he crashed his own vehicle.

"Allegedly struck their vehicle and then left that scene and drove down 17th Grade and he crashed on 17th Street Grade," said Rogers.

Morton was arrested and faces charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, DUI and possession of a controlled substance.
