Clarkston police arrest male who fled on foot after car chase

CLARKSTON, WA - Around 10 p.m. Thursday evening, Clarkston Police attempted to pull over a vehicle for unknown reasons.

The suspect then attempted to elude officers at a high speed and left the Dodge Durango, running on foot near 10th and Maple streets. Lots of Police activity were in the area and streets were closed down as the suspect was considered dangerous. One local K-9 unit was called out, and officers tell us that dog found the man, near Maple Street. Police took him into custody, without incident. The investigation continues.
