Former attorney's conflict of interest gets Capone a new attorney
CLARKSTON, WA - An already complicated case continues to unfold as Charles Capone's former attorney has asked to be removed from the case.

Capone, 51, is facing a trial for a second-degree assault domestic violence charge for allegedly attempting to strangle his estranged wife Rachael Anderson who's been missing for two years. He's also a suspect in her disappearance, which happened a few months after she filed for divorce in 2010.

Upon finding newly discovered information regarding the case, attorney Jane Richards found that she had a conflict of interest and requested to be removed from the case. Capone is now being represented by Moscow attorney Mark Monson. The trial is scheduled to take place in Dayton, starting on March 26th.
