If you don’t know what “Bunko” is, you’re probably not alone, but it’s similar to Yahtzee. Players on each team take turns rolling the dice to get three of a kind, and as you can see, some people get really into it.
“We’re getting Bunko’s, we’re bidding on auction items, we’re having a good time, and we’re getting excited because I just got a Bunko,” said player Valorie Strong.
The event was a fundraiser for Gritman Medical Center’s Light a Candle Foundation, and the money will help pay the medical bills of local cancer patients. Gritman was recently named one of the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation for the second year in a row.
