MOSCOW, ID - The owners of the Eastside Marketplace will sell their 150-thousand square-foot shopping center to a local church.
The property will be sold to "Real Life on The Palouse" before this summer. The church will use the vacant event space as their Moscow campus, but none of the tenants will be affected. The Eastside Marketplace is located off the Troy highway, and it's currently owned by Bennett Holdings. According to the company's press release, they've been looking at prospective buyers for years.
