Asotin receives micro-grant for downtown street revitalization
ASOTIN, WA - The city of Asotin is one of nine cities in the state of Washington to receive a micro-grant from the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board.
The city will receive a micro-grant totaling $19,500 for downtown street amenities. The money will be put to use by installing basalt rock and iron benches, picnic tables and bike racks.
Community revitalization micro-grants are $20,000 or less and improve local economic and recreational activity.
