Arraignment scheduled in January for Idaho county deputy
LEWISTON, ID - An Idaho county deputy waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday morning for an alleged inappropriate relationship with an underage girl.
According to court documents, 31-year-old Daniel Funderburg of Kamiah was arrested on December fifth and arraigned on the sixth for the felony charge of sexual battery-committed by lewd or lascivious acts on a minor child 16 to 17 years of age.
Funderburg remains in Lewis County Jail with a $250,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on January 9th for his arraignment.
