The last bomb threat was made four months ago to the very day. Thursday, Grangeville High School and Grangeville Elementary/Middle School were both evacuated because the buildings are next to each other. According to a press release, a school employee found a note attached to the entrance door of the high school that implied someone intended to "blow" up the school.
Luckily, there weren't any children at either of the schools because the threat was discovered prior to the start of the school day. Bailey said a bomb disposal unit out of the U.S. Marshall's office in Spokane and the Nampa Police Department both brought bomb dogs to search the area.
The Grangeville Police Department said a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest is being offered by the school district.
