The change comes after Blue Mountain Fire District No.1 was denied state fire resource mobilization. The Blue Mountain Fire District fought the fire all weekend. No structures are threatened at this time, however Asotin County Fire District No.1 is offering structure protection to the homes in the Heller Bar area.
