LEWISTON, ID - Treasure hunting in the LC Valley may not seem like the most ideal location to find riches, but that's exactly what a national TV show did.

The smash hit, American Pickers hit the back roads of Lewiston in June where Director Mary Swanhaus said many antiques and trash of value were discovered.

"It's a crazy, crazy property that they get access too," said Swanhaus. "It's one of the most interesting ones in a long time and they found some really amazing treasures."

Swanhaus said this episode is especially unique, because for the first time in six years American Picker Mike Wolfe dives through countless piles of junk with his brother Robbie.

The Lewiston "American Pickers" episode will air on Monday the 26th at 9 p.m. on the History Channel.

For those of you who'll still be out of town on Monday for the Thanksgiving Holiday, the episode airs at 8 p.m. Central Time and 9 p.m. Eastern.
