Trail said after serving that long he has made numerous contacts that could allow him to bring in resources to help with the economy, and job market. He said that if elected he will focus on keeping the taxes at the same rates so resources go to creating jobs, and helping businesses grow. If elected to the position Trail said he knows there is one specific goal he has to achieve.
"You need to listen to your constituents, you need to involve them in decision making, and you need to make the whole process accountable and transparent," said Trail.
Trail is a lifelong resident of Latah County and taught agriculture at Washington State University for 25 years.
