"It takes 6 to 10 hair donations to make one of the hairpieces and they are vacuum-fitted, so we are going to have to get a lot of people to come to even get one hairpiece," the sisters said during an interview Wednesday.
These two sisters have been growing out their hair for two years to donate to Locks of Love and Thursday afternoon they cut it all off at an event at Lincoln Middle School.
Their mom said she's very proud.
"Their brother had to go through chemo about four and a half years ago, so kids with cancer and hair loss has been on our minds anyway," said Deb Henriod.
