Police find body of missing Clarkston woman

ASOTIN - The body of a 68-year-old Clarkston woman reported missing last Friday has been recovered.

According to Asotin County Sheriff's Captain Dan Hally, Bonnie Orr's body was discovered Monday afternoon on the Asotin County side of the Snake River by a detective who was walking the shore downriver from the Interstate Bridge. Hally says Orr's body was in the river about 15 feet from the shoreline.

Hally says the investigation is continuing, but that it does not appear there was any foul play.

Police discovered Orr's car Saturday morning in a parking lot along the Levee Bypass Road.
