Lewiston man arrested on meth charges

LEWISTON - A Lewiston man was arrested on drug charges Thursday. It happened at 505 24th Street North, at the Gem Trailer Court.

According to a press release from Lewiston Police, detectives from the Quad Cities Drug Task Force and Idaho State Police served a search warrant at the location.

Police say Loyal Dickson, III was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent To Deliver. Both charges are felonies.

Police said detectives were assisted by Idaho State Probation and Parole who took a female who was in the trailer into custody.

During the search, police said suspected methamphetamine was seized, along with scales and drug packaging materials.

Lewiston Police said they have had recent complaints of drug activity in the trailer park.
