LEWISTON - One person was injured in a crash on Highway 95 Tuesday afternoon.

It happened about a half mile south of the Spalding bridge at about 1:30 p.m.

Nez Perce County Sheriff's deputies said a Kia Sportage was northbound about to turn onto Spalding Mill Road. Witnesses said a car following it attempted to pass on the left as the Kia was slowing down and collided with it as it was turning.
