Another drug bust in the Valley

LEWISTON - The Quad Cities Drug Task Force raided a Lewiston apartment Thursday, arresting two people.

According to Lewiston Police, at around 5:15 Thursday afternoon, Task Force detectives and Lewiston Police executed a search warrant at Apartment 2, at 1901 7th Avenue.

Two people were arrested and police said they seized about 10 grams of packaged meth, a small amount of marijuana, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia.

19-year-old Justin J. Patton and 18-year-old Amanda Baker were taken into custody. Patton is facing three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of a schedule 2 narcotic without a prescription.

Baker is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

The arrests Thursday followed a two-month investigation.
