Six arrested for rash of Orofino burglaries

OROFINO - Orofino Police say they made several arrests over the weekend connected to a rash of burglaries in the Orofino area, including the burglary at Dining on the Edge on August 12, Whipples Feed and Seed on October 6 and 10 vehicles in the Orofino area on October 28.

According to a news release from the police department, Austin J. Jasper 19, was arrested and charged with one count felony burglary and one count felony malicious injury to property. Jasper bonded out of jail on a $5,000 bond.

Brandon S. Hueth, 18, was arrested and charged with one count felony burglary and one count felony malicious injury to property. His bond is set at $10,000.

Kenneth Cook, 20, was arrested and charged with one count felony burglary. He bonded out on a $5,000 bond.

Holly Falconer, 19, was picked up at her residence in Peck by a Nez Perce County deputy. Falconer was arrested and charged with felony aid and abetting burglary and aid and abetting malicious injury to property, both felonies. Her bond is set at $10,000.

Tommy D. Wiggins, 18, was arrested on 11 counts of felony burglary and two counts of felony grand theft. His bond was set at $75,000

Zane A. Woodring, 18, was arrested and charged with 10 counts felony aid and abetting burglary and two counts felony aid and abetting grand theft. His bond is set at $25,000.

Police said that, during the arrests on Friday, Wiggins, Cook and Hueth were searched following their arrests and officers found what appeared to be a controlled substance. They were also been charged with possession of marijuana.

Other arrests are pending in connection to the burglary cases.
