Two suspects are being sought
NISQUALLY JOHN LANDING, WA – Whitman County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for two men accused of assaulting a senior citizen with a baseball bat.

Deputy Tim Cox said 71-year-old Guy Ramsdell was assaulted by two men Friday evening.

Cox said they broke his arm with an aluminum bat.

He said it happened near the Nisqually John Landing off the Snake River.

Ramsdell was able to drive himself to Tri-State Hospital in Clarkston for treatment and now deputies are trying to find the men responsible for the assault.

Deputy Cox said they’re white males between 19 and 30 years old who are driving an older off-white sedan.
