Tyler Mink was in court for a final pre-trial hearing related to charges brought against him almost a year ago.
The hearing provided both the defense and prosecution an opportunity to work through any issues before presenting their arguments to the jury.
Both parties are now ready to move forward.
"Your matter is to remain set for trial Tuesday February 18th at 9:00 a.m. and keep in contact with Mr. Chapman in the meantime and plan on commencing in that trial on that day," said Nez Perce County Judge Jeff Brudie.
Police said they found hundreds of files of sexually explicit materials on Mink’s computer.
