A criminal report was filed with the Boise Police Department. Nothing appeared to be stolen, meaning the intruder or intruders left thousands of dollars of equipment untouched. Staff members say it is unknown whether campaign documents or computer files were inspected by the intruders.
The damage to the office door was estimated at over $200.
LaRocco was out of town at an event in Idaho Falls. He has 13 paid campaign staff, volunteers across the state and a field office in Twin Falls.
