It was the 44th annual Hells Canyon Gem and Mineral Show, put on by the Hells Canyon Gem Club.
Each year hundreds of enthusiasts from around the Northwest display their goods. From beautiful gems, to intricate jewelery - the building was brimming with people browsing, buying and even some hands-on booths. One station allowed people to grind down their own stones.
32 display cases were set up along with demonstrations and dealers. Over 1,000 people attended the show.
The Hells Canyon Gem Club is a non-profit social club that provides opportunities for collection, working and displaying of gems and minerals and offers educational programs in the field of geology.
The club has two nationally recognized members and one member who won first place in faceting at the international level.
