Joshua Hart in court on Thursday.
LEWISTON, ID - A Clarkston man's sentencing was postponed Thursday after he failed to complete his pre-sentence investigation with the department of corrections.

Joseph Hart, 24, appeared in 2nd District Court on three felony counts for robbery, kidnapping in the 2nd degree and battery.

Judge Carl Kerrick appointed Hart with a new sentence date due to Hart's recent hospitalization and inability to complete his paperwork.

Hart faces up to 25 years in prison for robbery and kidnapping and up to 20 years for battery.

The sentencing is now scheduled for July 12th.
