ASOTIN, WA - The bond for a Clarkston man charged with a marijuana grow operation and possession of two firearms was denied modification Wednesday morning in Asotin.

Thirty-five-year-old Levi Brett appeared before Judge Ray Lutes in Asotin County Superior Court via closed circuit television. He's in the Asotin County Jail after a January 6th police raid on his home at 919 18th Avenue. Brett and his attorney Adrian Thomas requested to modify his $15,000 bond. The motion for a reduction was denied.

A plea omnibus and trial setting is scheduled at 9 a.m. Monday. Brett is charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree, one felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance, marijuana, and one count of maintaining a dwelling, or place for a controlled substance.
