CLARKSTON - Who would steal a wheelchair from a disabled man?

That's the question the Clarkston Police Department is hoping someone who sees a security video can answer.

Police said an elderly Clarkston man with one leg, was shopping at Walmart on March 11 around 6 p.m.

As seen in Walmart security video, he parked his wheelchair to borrow one of the store's electric scooters. Soon after, a woman in a pink hoody is seen taking the wheelchair, going out to a truck and then coming back in with a male in the wheelchair.

They shop, and then load the wheelchair into their truck and leave with it.

The male suspect is described as having a stocky build, in his late 20s to early 30s. The woman appears to be in her early 20s.

The wheelchair is valued at about $800. If you recognize the pair, you are asked to call the Clarkston Police Department.
