LEWISTON - The prosecution got through a long list of witnesses Friday in the murder trial of Gary Mallory Jr.

10 witnesses provided testimony in Nez Perce County 2nd District Court before Judge Carl Kerrick, including Mallory's father Gary Mallory Sr. as well as Timothy Feldman Jr. and Timothy Feldman Sr., who were Mallory's roommates at the 7th Avenue home at the time of Charlene Mabie's death.

Mabie was Mallory's wife.

Mallory is charged with murder in the first degree and felony assault in connection to Mabie's 2009 Valentine's Day death. He pleaded not guilty to those charges in May.

Defense attorney Neil Cox cross examined all those called to the stand Friday. The prosecution will continue calling witnesses Monday.
