Native American Week underway at LCSC

LEWISTON - Native American Awareness Week kicked off Tuesday at LCSC.

Kids from area schools got up and danced at the mini pow wow at the Activity Center.

Throughout the week there will be a variety of workshops to learn about different Native American topics like tribal history, education and government relations.

The week is put on annually by the LCSC Native American Club.
