LEWISTON - Records were broken and champions were crowned Saturday night at the Red Lion Hotel for the Lewiston Civic Theatre's annual dancing with the LC Stars.

The event is a fund raiser for the theatre. Celebrity dancer Margo Aragon and her partner Dean Davis won the Judges Choice award for their performance of an exotic "Bollywood" dance. The record audience of nearly 300 awarded the people's choice trophy to Red Lion Executive Chef Bill Jollymore and his partner, theatre dancer Sherrie Beckman. They performed the Quickstep. Management said gross receipts were a record $25,000 for the civic theatre.
