Humanists replace billboard for the second time
MOSCOW - A humanist organization has again replaced its twice-defaced billboard in Moscow.

As they said they would when it was last targeted on November 4, the American Humanist Association has changed the design of their billboard to now read, "No God... No Problem." The previous sign, which read "Millions are Good Without God”, was most recently defaced to say "Millions are Good With God”, prompting police to label the incidents as religiously motivated.

The organization, according to it's website, promotes the idea that you can be good without a belief in God.

Representatives of the group have said their message is not meant to be controversial, and would hoped the sign would create a dialogue, not criminal acts.
