GRANGEVILLE – A Grangeville man died in a crash on U.S. 95 Friday afternoon.

Idaho State Police said Henry Sharp, 52, was headed north at mile post 182 near the Idaho County-Adams County line when he lost control of his vehicle. It left the highway and struck a tree.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sharp was wearing a seat belt. ISP says weather conditions may have contributed to the crash. There was hail reported around the time it occurred.
