LPD: Man stabbed at motel
Lewiston Police said the fight happened at the Ho Hum Motel By Matt Loveless
LEWISTON - Police said a man was stabbed in the back during a fight over a woman in North Lewiston this weekend.
Police responded to St. Joe's just after 5:30 to find a 31-year-old man with a single stab wound. Lewiston Police said the fight happened at the Ho Hum Motel in North Lewiston. Police said the man's injuries were not life-threatening. One witness at the motel said there was no stabbing, and that the alleged victim fell on a rock in a garden outside of the motel's office. Police said no weapon has been found, but have determined the wound did not come from a rock. 28-year-old Don Keefer was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Battery and taken to the Nez Perce County Jail. |
