"This is the 21st annual Festival of Trees," said Tri-State Special Events Coordinator Angie Weiland. "Proceeds this year are going to Programs and Services at Tri-State Memorial Hospital. Last year those proceeds went towards the Imaging and Women's Diagnostic Center."
The beautifully decorated trees placed throughout the pavilion will be auctioned off Saturday at the annual gala dinner, auction and dance featuring the theme "I'm Dreaming of a Pink Christmas."
"Proceeds from that are going to be designated," said Weiland. "We're doing a fundraiser within to sponsor mammograms for those women who can't afford them at the hospital."
When it comes to the 18 different trees being auctioned off, there's something for everyone.
"We have a Seahawks tree," said Weiland. "We have a cowboy tree. We have a cabin tree. We have kids trees. There's a little bit of everything."
The trees include all the gifts surrounding them, with some worth up to thousands of dollars.
Wednesday was the Memorial Tree of Lights Ceremony. Thursday is Community Day at the Pavilion, when you can take in the holiday decorations and music from 1 p.m. until 4.
Tickets can be purchased at the door for just $2. There is also a gift shop so people can get a jump start on their shopping.
