Lewiston school board approve $300,000 renovation to schools
LEWISTON, ID - Major renovations for two Lewiston schools will begin this summer.

The Lewiston School Board approved more than $300,000 for the renovations of McGhee Elementary and Sacajawea Junior High School. Sacajawea will receive the largest renovation, estimated to cost $259,000. $38,000 will be spent on re-sealing the roof at McGhee Elementary, and $5,000 will be spent on drainage at the Vollmer Bowl.

The summer maintenance projects will be funded by school revenue and money from the reserve fund.
