LEWISTON - Jury selection for the murder trial of 29-year-old Stacey L. Grove continued Thursday.

Grove is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly killing 23-month-old Kyler Martin in July of 2006. His trial is scheduled to begin Monday.

Prosecutors say Grove killed the little boy while he was watching the toddler at the home of Grove's reported girlfriend and the little boy's mother, Lisa Nash of Lewiston.

A Nez Perce County Grand Jury indicted Grove on the murder charge. He's currently free on a $100,000 bond.

Attorney Scott Chapman represents Grove.
