CLARKSTON - 26-year-old Patrick S Dalton was arrested Wednesday night after the Quad Cities Drug Task Force received tips from the public.

"Dalton was wanted on three felony warrants for forgery, I believe here in Asotin County," said Asotin County Sheriff Ken Bancroft on Friday. "So the Quad Cities Drug Task Force had a lookout for him for alleged extensive drug involvement. We located him up the Asotin Creek Road. The Quad Cities Task Force served the warrant and our office assisted them in that."

The Task Force wanted to question Dalton about what a press release called, his connection to a "significant drug organization." Thursday he appeared in Asotin County Superior court for bond setting.

"He has $50,000 dollars on the three felony charges for forgery and another $50,000 for the drug problems, possession of a controlled substance, intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia," Bancroft said.

Dalton is being held in the Asotin County Jail and is set to again appear in court on Monday morning.

"He has some of a history in our database," said Bancroft. "...just a myriad of different things."
