In Asotin County, Schuetze is facing criminal driving under the influence charges as well as driving with a suspended license. Friday morning he appeared via video before Judge Ray Lutes in District Court. They arraigned Schuetze on the DUI and suspended license charges. The DUI carries a minimum $1,000 fine. But, Schuetze will have bigger problems, when extradited to Nez Perce County, where he will face 2nd degree murder charges among others.
