Jalissa Jose.
Asotin High senior Jalissa Jose means business. Or at least that's the career path she'd like to take. But for now Jalissa is more than happy being a Panther right here in Asotin.
"I wanna go to a bigger town but eventually come back to a smaller town," said Jose.
When Jalissa isn't strutting her stuff down the hallway, she's sporting the Panther uniform on the softball field, basketball court and volleyball court. And somehow this triple threat manages to net a 3.7 GPA.
"You just have to be determined to get your homework done," said Jose.
That kind of determination may run in the family
"My mom is really successful so I would like to be like her when I grow up," said Jose.
Jalissa will continue serving it up on the volleyball court and in the classroom at Walla Walla Community college this coming fall.
