Theatre and acting is in the blood of Robert Frederiksen.
CLARKSTON, WA - KLEW cares about you, and that's why each week during the school year, we team up with Lewiston Orthopaedic Associates to highlight an outstanding local high school student.

Sophia Miraglio introduces you to Clarkston High School senior, Robert Frederiksen.

This Clarkston High School Bantam is a member of the National Honors Society, has a 3.8 GPA, and is President of the Theatre Club. His name is Robert Frederiksen, senior at CHS and this week's "Academic All-Star. "

"I usually just go home and get everything done first before I even sit down and rest," said Frederiksen.

And it's that dedication that has led to his success in every realm of academics. However there's one specific subject that he excels in the most.

"Math, I definitely love math," said Frederiksen. "I'm in calculus right now. And I'm having a lot of fun with it."

The theatre presidents love for math is only matched by one thing, his love for the arts.

"I'm part of jazz choir which is a lot of fun, part of the theatre club," said Frederiksen.

Robert has big dreams of combining his passions after high school.

"Major in theatre and minor in math cause I really want to make a career out of theatre, I really want to act," said Frederiksen. Be on stage, perform."

Congratulations Robert for being this week's "Academic All-Star."
