ASOTIN - Teddi is student body president, senior class president and a nine year member of 4-H.

"I have been riding horses since I was six and I got my first horse when I was in third grade," said Phares.

She used her equestrian skills as an Asotin County Rodeo Princess. Teddi is also on the golf team, FFA and honor society. But despite the schedule, she keeps honor roll grades.

"My favorite class would probably be psychology," said Phares. "I like learning about the brain, I like learning about why we are the way we are. "

Although she'll miss Asotin High, Teddi has plan to attend a four year university.

"I am thinking right now Whitworth, but I've applied to U of I and Eastern," said Phares. "I want to be a nurse or a dental hygienist."

Teddi said the health care field would be a perfect fit.

"I like helping people and I am kind of a nurturer so I think those two things would be really good for me to do," said Phares.

Congratulations Teddi! You're this week's Academic All Star!
