Each week KLEW News teams up with Lewiston Orthopedic Associates to feature an outstanding local high school student.

This week we meet Lewiston High Senior Taylor Brown

On top of AP classes, Taylor Brown participates in DECA, Varsity Soccer and Tennis

"My favorite activity is tennis," said Brown.

He is also involved in ASB and maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA.

"It's pretty difficult," said Brown. "I spend a lot of time on homework a week and I work hard to keep it."

After graduation, this Bengal is thinking about becoming an LCSC warrior.

"I want to go to a four year school and major in biology, pre-med," said Brown. "Then I want to get accepted to a medical school and hopefully become an ophthalmologist."

Brown said after shadowing a laser eye surgeon he knew that's what he wants to do. So, of course, his favorite class is a science course.

"My favorite class is probably anatomy," said Brown.
