Landon Doesn't Take his Future Lightly
LEWISTON, ID - Senior Bengal Landon Kirk is one smart cookie.

"I'm taking AP Calculus, AP Government, Physics, Psychology," said Kirk.

But this year's schedule is nothing new, his sophomore year he took AP European History.

"It was a challenge at first, but I overcame it," said Kirk. "It's become a piece of cake taking these AP classes. It'll be pretty easy when I go to college. It's good for the future."

Landon's future isn't something he takes lightly. He's got a few colleges in mind and plans to study either finance and accounting or psychology.

"Hopefully graduate as valedictorian from one of the schools then get a good job somewhere, hopefully in the northwest," said Kirk.

He juggles varsity football and tennis, a number of extra curriculars, volunteers with the special olympics, and manages to maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA.

"You have to focus on what you have in front of you and go for it," said Kirk.
