An intimate evening with Chef Bill Jollymore and staff from Red Lion Catering. Chef Jollymore will discuss tips on serving, pairing and storing wine along with overviews on how to prepare several appetizers great for entertaining.

This event is limited to the first 80 reservations. Reservations are required and can be made on-line or by contacting the Foundation Office at 208-799-5416. Seating is first come first serve.
