Join author, poet, screenwriter, WSU Alumnus and part-time comedian Sherman Alexie for an evening at Beasley Coliseum. Alexie, who grew up on the Spokane Indian Reservation, was named one of The New Yorker’s 20 top writers for the 21st century. His wide-ranging acclaimed fiction from “The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven” to “The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian” have earned him honors including the PEN/Faulkner Award and the National Book Award for Young People’s Literature.
