Eighteen-year-old Morgan Daniels has been charged with rape in Latah County Court for allegedly engaging in sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl several times between March and May of 2011.
If convicted, the penalty is up to 25 years in prison. Daniels will appear in court later this month.
